Mama ducks sure have their work cut out for them with sooo many babies to gather. My daughter stopped for one the other day that was crossing the road with more than a dozen ducklings and mama went back for the stragglers unafraid of the vehicle.
Aren't they sweet? We've been visiting the cygnets and their parents who nest out at the far end of the pond in our neighborhood. We have to take the kayaks to get there, but they're beginning to trust us just a bit.
